Our core program runs for 8 weeks, with sessions meeting once weekly for 90 minutes. Many participants choose to continue with our ongoing support groups after completing the initial program.

Yes, our group addresses various forms of anxiety including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, and health anxiety. We tailor techniques to individual needs within the group context.

The 8-week program is $480 ($60 per session). Many insurance plans provide partial or full coverage for group therapy. We provide receipts for insurance reimbursement.
