How the Support Circle Works
1. Join the Circle
Register to express interest. You are not committing to speak — listening is okay.

Small group sessions with gentle guidance, reflection, and emotional safety.
3. Shared Healing
Connect with others who understand what you are going through.
4. Continued Support
Optional individual counselling support if you need deeper personal help.
