At Heal With Amol, we strive to provide professional psychological counselling, emotional guidance, and workshops that support personal growth and wellbeing. This Refund Policy explains the rules and conditions for refunds for sessions or services booked with us.

All payments must be made before the session. Payment confirms your booking and secures your session slot. Bookings are only confirmed after payment is successfully completed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, and other payment gateways available on our website.

Refunds are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Full refund is provided if a session is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • No refund is provided for no-shows, late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session), or completed sessions.

All child counselling or specialised counselling sessions are provided only by licensed counselling psychologists in our team. The same refund rules apply: full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours in advance and no refund for late cancellations or completed sessions.

To request a refund, please contact us via email at healwithamol@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9763773806. Include your name, session date and time, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
